By using the csheicon website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or more, that any registration information that you submit to csheicon is true, accurate and complete, and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and the csheicon Privacy Policy.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the csheicon website, including any content, information, products and/or services (the “Services”) therein. This is a legal agreement between you and csheicon Ltd. Our company reserves the sole right at any time to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site and Services, or modify the Terms of Service without notice. All modified terms and/or conditions will be in effect after they are posted on the Site (unless applicable law requires a longer notice period). By continuing to use or access the Site and/or Services after Company makes any such modification, you agree to be legally bound by the revised Terms of Service. You may not alter the terms and conditions of the Terms of Service without Company’s express written consent.

You approve that by using the services offered by csheicon Ltd through this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and condition of service. if you do not accept the terms and condition of service in their entirety, you may not access or use the services offered by csheicon.

All properties and home plans sold by csheicon are protected by International Copyright Law. Reproduction of our home plans, either in whole or in part, including any form of reselling, copying and/or preparation of derivative works thereof, for any reason without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and subject to statutory damages plus attorney fees and loss of profits. All parties including designers, draftsmen, owners, contractors, builders, realtors, copy shops and blue-printers assigned I assistance to violate our copyright may be responsible. It does not matter if they knew what they were doing was a violation or not.

csheicon Ltd retains the right to publish, sell, resell, advertise or use in any way any design, custom design, drawing, detail, image, calculation, sketch, or any other material that is produced by csheicon Ltd. The above remains to be the explicit property of csheicon Ltd at all times unless agreed otherwise in writing between csheicon Ltd and the client.

Csheicon Real Estate Responsibilities

Representing the leasing properties owners
Representing the buyers and sellers
Provide financial information to the client
Provide proper Intermediary service for both sides
Negotiate the best possible price for the buyer
Disclose to the buyer if they are working for another buyer therefore, we protect the interest of our customer.
Provide the details of properties therefore the interested client could pick the right property that fits their criteria and budget.
Connect you with the service providers, inspectors, lenders, and/or Insurance companies that suit your needs

The Buyer Responsibilities to their

Buyers must work with our agent and Csheicon analogously to smoother the service.
Buyer should never disclose personal information to the agents. In case of any unlawful gain, Csheicon is not responsible.
Buyer should not call our agents for property checkup without notifying the company administration.

Real Estate Commission Fees

Csheicon Real Estate makes money through commissions fees, payments made directly to Csheicon Real Estate for services offered in the process of property sale and purchase. A commission is usually a percentage of the property’s selling or renting price. Csheicon Real Estate typically charges are based on negotiation between Csheicon Real Estate and Clients (Buyer/Sell, or Landlord/Tenant), but is based on 15% of total payment amount in renting and 5% of total payment amount in selling. Some custom services may be available for a greater percent in Kigali, depending on the scope of work and market conditions.

Custom House Plan Designs

Csheicon Ltd will create new custom plans based on your exact needs in case you cannot find a plan that fits your requirements. You will receive regular mail/phone updates of plans and elevations to give you an exact picture of how the plans will function and how the building will look like. Changes can be requested up to 4 times during the sketch stage of designing the plans. Any further changes after this or after final approval of sketch design by client will be charged an additional hourly fee of USD 50% of the design project cost. Please note that the copyright terms also apply to custom designed plans. Please contact us if you would like to have exclusive rights of the design and plans at an additional cost.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the extensive plan inventory and diverse price options available on www.csheicon.com,csheicon is responsible for adjusting the prices. Moreover, we may occasionally find data entry errors in the pricing of our plans. Csheicon always reserves the right to correct or adjust such errors as they are discovered. No order and pricing shall be final until confirmed by csheicon.

Csheicon Refund / Exchange Policy:

A download link or attachment will be sent after the payment is reviewed and cleared by our payment gateway and sales team. No refunds are possible after a payment has been completed. An exchange is possible before a download link or attachment is sent to you - this only applies to similarly priced plans.

Photographs, Perspectives and Elevation Views

All properties on sell or rent have at least 2 photographs to help you visualize the property properly. The House Plans also have at least 1 perspective or elevation view and the floor plan with dimensions to help you visualize the configuration of the house. These are to be used as main guides to what the Home may look like after execution.

For the house plans, please be advised that the perspectives image and elevation views may not represent the final construction sets accurately due to changes made during construction or the rendering process. Also note that all details shown on perspectives pictures and elevations are not necessarily part of the final drawings package that you purchase as some are only used for decorative and informal illustrative purposes.

Do Not Use Plans to Build More Than One House

The original purchaser of a home plan is licensed to build a single home from the plans. Building more than one home from the plans without permission is an infringement of the home designer's copyright. The drawings you receive in your email or as printed copies can only be used to build one home, if you need to build more than one home using the same plans you will need to purchase one set for each of the extra homes.

What is Included in a Drawing Set?

As we have a large collection of drawings from many different designers, architects and engineers there is bound to be differences in what type of drawings are included in each drawing set. However, we do our best to list all the available drawings for each Home Plan so that you are well informed of the contents before you purchase any drawing set. If you have any doubts or questions in regards to what is included in the drawing set you wish to purchase please contact csheicon.

Please do not purchase any drawings from csheicon unless you are absolutely sure of the content of the drawing set you are about to purchase. Csheicon will provide you with a full list of drawings necessary for your execution. Besides the listed drawings on the product page can be provided upon your request. Please contact your local builder/contractor as well as the local building authority in case you have doubts about which drawings are required for construction of your home.

We do however have a minimum requirement for each drawing set on sale through our website which is as follows:

1) Floor Plan(s) - Fully detailed and dimensioned floor plans for each level
2) Cross Section(s) - Whole house and / or partial cross-section(s)
3) Elevations for each side of the building
4) We also include all perspective drawings and other web images where possible

Note that no site plans are included for any of the Home Plans as we don’t have any information regarding your place. In case you need a site plan, you can contact Csheicon to make arrangements for having a site plan for a minimal fee.
